There isn't a single video or guide that explains the complete flow end-to-end, especially when you're trying to combine FHIR and healthcare workflows. It took a lot of brainstorming, reading specifications, debugging, and experimentation before everything finally clicked."

Ramesh solved this by obtaining his **FHIR X NHA certification** and designing an end-to-end clinical communication system with hybrid encryption.
